Mirella, a Peruvian national and globetrotter, is an international consultant on rural development and natural resource management policies and monitoring for different development organizations including the World Bank, FAO, and DFID. She has worked in multiple geographic regions including Latin America, Sub Saharan Africa, and South Asia. Her works involves policy analysis and advisory work to governments on policy strategy, improved effectiveness with the implementation of cutting edge monitoring tools, ICT-led innovation and institutional building capacity. Mirella holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico, Lima, Peru; and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
